These Terms of Use govern your use of amiamrecovery.com (the “Site”), which is operated by AMIAM Recovery LLC (“AMIAM Recovery,” “we,” “us”), a company based in San Diego, California. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site gives information about AMIAM Recovery, an integration home for adult men. AMIAM Recovery provides housing. We are not a clinic or a treatment provider, and we do not provide medical care, detox, therapy or counseling.
Nothing on the Site is medical, clinical or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer of treatment. Please talk with your own doctor or outpatient provider about your health.
The Site is not an emergency service
If you or someone you know is in crisis, do not wait for a reply from us. Call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). In an emergency, call 911. For free, confidential help finding treatment, the SAMHSA National Helpline is 1-800-662-4357, open 24 hours.
Messages, inquiries and agreements
Sending us a message, filling in a form or calling us does not create a residency, a lease or any other agreement with AMIAM Recovery. A person becomes a resident only by signing our written resident agreement, which contains the house rules, fees and resident rights. If anything on the Site differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to rent, lease or enter any contract.
Availability and accuracy
We are opening homes in San Diego, and a home may not be open or have space when you contact us. We describe our rules, fees, outings and schedule in general terms. Details are set for each home and may change. We work to keep the Site accurate, but we do not promise that every page is complete or current.
No promise of results
Recovery is personal. We provide a stable, sober, respectful home to do it in, and we cannot promise any outcome.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- interfere with the Site or its security, or try to gain access to parts of it you are not meant to see;
- copy the Site’s content in bulk or collect it with automated tools, other than ordinary search engine indexing;

Information you send us
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us. Please keep medical details out of website forms and emails. You can share them when we talk. Email and web forms may not be fully secure, so send only what you are comfortable sharing that way.
Intellectual property
The Site’s text, logo, design and photographs belong to AMIAM Recovery or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please ask us before you copy, reproduce or reuse anything else.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, such as meeting directories, crisis lines and community organizations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. We never pay or accept money or anything of value for referring anyone anywhere, and a link is not an endorsement.

We want the Site to work for everyone. If you have trouble using any part of the Site, contact us and we will help you another way.
