Structured Recovery Housing for Adult Men
A professionally managed sober living residence, coordinated with nearby outpatient (IOP/PHP) treatment programs, in coastal Southern California.
What Is a Recovery Residence?
A recovery residence — sometimes called sober living or a sober home — is alcohol- and drug-free housing where adults in recovery live together, support one another, and practice the daily structure that makes lasting sobriety possible.
It is not a treatment facility or clinical program. The value we provide is structure, accountability, and a stable home environment — the housing half of a recovery plan whose clinical half happens elsewhere.
Our residents typically attend outpatient treatment during the day — an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at a nearby licensed provider — and return to a structured, supervised, substance-free home each evening.
Fifteen Years of Recovery Housing
Our team brings more than fifteen years of hands-on experience operating recovery residences in Southern California — including a longtime beachfront home in Malibu, operated for over a decade until its loss in the January 2025 Palisades Fire.
Amiam Recovery LLC continues that work: a structured, adults-only, men’s sober living residence built on the same standards of upkeep, supervision, and respect for the property that guided our previous home.
Population served: Adult men only, working alongside outpatient IOP/PHP programming.
Why Owners Partner With Us
Leasing to Amiam Recovery means leasing to a single, professional, long-term tenant — not managing turnover among individual renters.
Resident references are not provided, consistent with resident health-information confidentiality. Insurance documentation and lease terms are available directly upon request.

The Kind of Home We Maintain

Amiam Recovery exists to give men in early recovery a stable, structured place to rebuild — steady housing, daily accountability, and a direct line to the outpatient treatment that does the clinical work. We bring fifteen years of experience to every home we operate, and we treat every property as if it were our own.
