Support for you too
Many families find Al-Anon or Nar-Anon helpful. They are meetings for the people who love someone in recovery.
If someone you love is in crisis, call or text 988. In an emergency call 911. The SAMHSA National Helpline, 1-800-662-4357, is free, confidential and open 24 hours.
